David Wisdom This kit was such a pleasure to build and paint. The model depicts the 1953 Carrera Pan Americana winning car driven by Juan Manuel Fangio and Gino Bronzoni. I only made one change to the original kit, replacing the driver head with an Immense Miniatures resin Fangio version. The model is painted in a finish line livery to illustrate how it may have looked after a grueling 18 hours on the road!
